Since moving from her hometown of Noosa, QLD, Burnett has worked across an array of prestigious restaurants throughout Melbourne. Now head chef of upscale yet relaxed wine bar, Marion she has brought the venue to notoriety for foodies across the country. 

Burnett has received numerous awards for her culinary know-how. She has been a finalist for the Professional Women in Food Service Awards, and in 2019 was one of the female chefs in Australia awarded a hat in the Good Food Guide. Furthermore, Burnett was one of recipients of Food Services’s 30 Under 30 Award, supported by Nestlé Professional.
