A bit about them:
Lee began her food journey over 10 years ago and was inspired to become a chef after relocating from Hong Kong to Australia, pairing her long love of food with new methods of cooking. Initially starting her career as a pastry chef at Intercontinental Sydney, Lee honed her craft at hatted restaurants; Ms.G’s in Potts Point, NSW and Momofuku Seiobo in Pyrmont, NSW.

Since 2018 Lee has established her name within the industry as co-owner and chef of Sydney based eatery, Hartsyard alongside partner, co-owner and chef, Jarrod Walsh.
